The puddle in the granite cliffs by the shoreline, that is vik. Vik means bay in Swedish and let us associate the transparency to the water. The creative process of vik was mindful towards the dish that it was made for. 

    Louise Johansson is an amazing woman & chef.

V i k was developed to accompany her beautiful combination of west coast catched crayfish, seaweed and hollandaise. This dish was her contribution to "Årets Kock 2020".
