Mizu is a landscape of which is meant to really pay attention of our food. The shape and texture of this plate makes it harder to be in a hurry and in each pocket you need to make time to actually think about what is served. It is all about being mindful, of what we are consuming and what we put into our bodies, without rushing, hasting. Mizu, meaning water in japanese, is inspired by the irregularities of a water stream leading down to the shore.

Mizu is a piece developed through the project "Märklig Mat."
