Suna sand, which means sand in Japanese, is originally mouth-blown in sand molds created in place in the glass hut. All parts are unique in their body and texture where the traditional craftsmanship appears in every bay. Sand is both volatile & malleable at the same time. Don't be surprised if a grain of sand or two still remains, they testify to its manufacture, persistence & origin in the sandy beach.

Suna graphite are blown in graphite molds which make them "the same" - yet different in every angle.
